With 15 years in the game across hospitality, transport, property development, and engineering, I've learned that the best business solutions often come from thinking differently. Being neurodivergent (ADHD) has given me a unique edge - I see patterns others miss and can hyperfocus on turning complex business challenges into straight-talking solutions.
My track record? I've orchestrated some serious moves, including merging multiple logistics companies into a nationwide operation generating £64 million revenue. I've also built a £1.2 million hospitality business from the ground up, piecing together the right opportunities at the right time.
My ADHD superpower? Spotting connections and opportunities that others might overlook.
These days, I'm actively hunting for businesses across the UK, with a particular talent for helping distressed directors find their way out of tough situations. I've got a knack for seeing potential where others see problems, and I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves to make things happen.

Phil - Operations Director
Meet Phil, our Operations Director and master of making complex things run smoothly! With a toolkit that would make Batman jealous, Phil brings a unique blend of engineering prowess, safety expertise, and process optimization to Oakmont.
Think of Phil as our resident 'get-it-done' guru – the kind of person who sees a tangled web of processes and turns it into a well-oiled machine (and then makes that machine even better, because that's just how he rolls). Armed with both NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications, he's not just passionate about efficiency; he's equally committed to keeping everyone safe while achieving it.
His journey has taken him from the high-security world of MOD facilities to the precise demands of NHS Blood and Transplant, where he earned his stripes as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Speaking of continuous improvement, Phil's a certified LEAN and Six Sigma expert who learned directly from the Toyota model – yes, he's that serious about making things better!
When he's not optimizing operations or ensuring everything runs like clockwork, you might find Phil geeking out over the latest process improvement methodology or adding yet another certification to his impressive collection. He's equally comfortable managing high-pressure PFI contracts as he is diving deep into health and safety consultancy.
Fun fact: Phil's so versatile with technology that he can navigate Windows, Apple, and Linux systems with equal ease – because why master one system when you can master them all?

As the founder of Airscend Marketing (the go-to guru for holiday let marketing) and the driving force behind Socialitic, Harvey brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and digital know-how to Oakmont. Think of him as our Swiss Army knife of digital marketing – except every tool is cutting edge!
When he's not crafting killer marketing strategies for Oakmont, you'll find Harvey creating content that makes algorithms dance. As an active influencer on TikTok and Instagram, he doesn't just understand social media – he lives and breathes it. David - Chief Investment and M&A Officer
Meet David, our Chief Investment and M&A Officer at Oakmont Venture Group . With a passion for business transformation and over 25 years in the field, David brings a wealth of experience that's as diverse as it is impressive.
As a true entrepreneur at heart, David co-founded MLabs Capital, where he's been the driving force behind numerous successful ventures in health, technology, and healthcare sectors. He has a natural talent for spotting opportunities and bringing the right people together, having orchestrated more than 35 successful acquisitions across different borders and cultures.
Before joining our team, David spent many exciting years with McKinsey & Company, where he worked across the globe – from London to Boston, and from Abu Dhabi to the Philippines. During this time, he partnered with some of the world's leading financial institutions and sovereign wealth funds, helping them navigate complex challenges and seize new opportunities.
A lifelong learner, David earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and later added specialized knowledge in Organizational Culture from the London School of Economics. He's also a qualified Chartered Accountant, though he's quick to point out that he's more interested in growing businesses than just crunching numbers.

Duncan cut his teeth in the dynamic healthcare markets of Central & Eastern Europe and the CIS region, where he founded CEE Business Development.
